Balance Staffing is conducting immediate hiring for Production Workers and Machine Operators at a well-established company with growth opportunities. Job Details The job site is located in Lodi, CA Day and swing shift hours Pay rate: $14- $17/hr.; depending on shift and position Long term 40 hour+ work schedule available Entry-level candidates welcomed Job Duties Operating machinery Inspecting parts for any defects Packaging and labeling products Quality control of product Requirements Entry-level positions, no experience required but need to have the aptitude to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Able to multi-task and work on different production lines as needed Must be to work in a loud environment Ability to lift 30- 50lbs.
