Looking for a maintenance person with their own tools and transportation for various house repairs, as needed. This could include things like sheetrock repair, repair of leaky roof, fixing leaky pipes, lighting a hot water heater etc. This maintenance person would be an independent contractor and not an employee. Also from time to time I need something hauled like an appliance. That person could be the same or a different person.
