We are looking for individuals to fill Landscaping and Maintenance positions. Foreman must have provable experience (1-2 years experience) in landscaping and/or maintenance and be self motivated. A clean drivers license is a must for Foreman positions as well as experience driving a truck w/trailer attached. No weeks are held back on payroll, pay week is Thursday to Wednesday. Landscape Foreman position has a high earning potential. Labor positions are full time. IF YOU CAN DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE POSITION the start out pay is $14.00- $15.50 per hr + time and a half over 40hrs. Landscape Block Layers start at $18-$20 per hr + time and a half over 40hrs. You can expect to work 40- 50hrs per week Mon-Fri plus some Sat. Irrigation Experience a Plus Hardscape Experience a Plus Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in lawn maintenance and/or landscaping for Foreman Position. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. Able to perform repetitive movements - bend, lift, etc. in one shift with little breaks before appropriate break times. Willing to work a varied schedule each week with full days. Willing to work for both lawn and landscaping positions. Able to work in all types of weather that is safe. Operate a variety of tools and machinery effectively- or willing to learn. MUST be dependable, punctual, and ethical. MUST have a valid driver's license.
