Transactional Immunity must end and cops held accountable!

The must be no immunity from bad acts by police. The departments across America have become militarized and when police are dispatched to a scene their goal is to find some infraction to use for probable cause for search and find anything for an arrest. The police should NEVER be allowed to “police” themselves. That should be the responsibility of non-affiliated citizens who have oversight. No ex-prosecutor or former police employee should sit on any Oversight Board! Accountability now! ALL police must wear a body camera that cannot be turned off! The heavy military equipment being sent to police forces has been stopped but what they have should be returned. The hiring process for police must be standardized nationwide with exclusion of previously discharged for cause officers. We do not want to defund the police, we want to RE-FUND THE POLICE, WITH LESS LETHALITY! We want a police force that interacts with the local community other than to constantly use questionable traffic stops to open a fishing expedition into the citizen being stopped to find cause for arrest. The first response of police should be for the safety of those they are supposed to protect. Anyone stopped for a minor infraction should never wind up losing their life. A fleeing unarmed citizens car should not be shot into repeatedly by multiple cops who were not threatened! Train them in deescalation techniques instead of teaching cops to empty the clip into the perp “until the threat is neutralized”. Yes, we MUST RESTRUCTURE THE OPERATIONS OF ALL POLICE DEPARTMENTS TO SAVE CITIZENS LIVES!
