Commercial property management company seeks individual for our Maintenance Team for commercial real estate properties in the OKC metro area. Experience/knowledge of general overall maintenance for maintaining properties a must. Tasks include working on repairs and preventative measures, property inspections and multi-tasking maintenance with other staff. Good verbal, written and basic computer skills necessary working with staff and being tenant liaison. Full time position with health insurance, paid leave and other benefits plus mileage.
