Residential Construction company (General contractor) seeking a supervisor for numerous types of manual labor. Previous construction experience and a valid driver's license required. Candidates must have the Ability to: Be on time & reliable Ability to determine supplies and equipment needed for each individual job. Ability to execute and enforce daily work instructions to laborers in a timely manner. Ability to perform a wide variety of physical tasks, including everything from the crawlspace to the roof. Ability to lift up to 100-150 pounds Ability to understand and willingness to abide by all safety protocols Pass a drug/background check
