beast + bottle seeks an experienced line cook to join our team for a 4 week gig We are closing permanently on June 5 because our lease is up. Candidate would be able to seek employment at our other restaurant down the street, Coperta We are expecting to be very busy next month after we announced the closure and we need an extra set of hands. Line cook should be able to prep a station, work the line, assist with family meal, and tag team the dish pit. POSITION LOGISTICS -begin ASAP, last night of service is June 5 -hours are approximately 2pm-11pm nightly, 40-45 hours per week -Tuesdays-Saturdays. Sundays and Mondays off COMPENSATION -$16/hr plus -Kitchen candidates also receive a portion of guest service charge on their check divided by hours worked.
