Seasonal: Tuesday Through Saturday - 10am to 4:30pm daily May 5 through October 31, 2021. *Must be able to work the entire season. Position Summary: Ensure vacation rental units are maintained for guest usage, coordinate supplies for guest stays and coordinate any rental unit maintenance that may need to occur by vendors. Duties: Basic property maintenance – blowing off decks/patio furniture, check propane gauges on gas grills (replenish as necessary), basic property upkeep (replace batteries, light bulbs, air fresheners). Inventory supplies and replenishment if necessary. Prepare supplies for inbound guests for the housekeeping team. Assist with coordinating laundry pickup and drop offs by outside vendor. Monitor for severe weather or storms, ensure guests notifications and appropriate steps are taken. Ensure guest satisfaction before, during and after their stay. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Dependable, responsible, and committed to work the entire season. High school education (some HS education required). Friendly and helpful personality. Customer service oriented. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions. Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet. Flexible work schedule. Some holidays required including Memorial Day Weekend, July 4 and Labor Day. Saturdays will be required. Must be available the entire season between May 14 and September 13 (vacation time will not be provided). Ability to lift, carry, move up to 40lbs. Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Pay: $15.00 per hour Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Seasonal
