Must hold a valid drivers license and have the ability to drive a truck and trailer. Supervise and manage lawn crew effectively. Be organized and keep daily time log for crew. Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction. Experience with preparing trucks for the day, monitor all tools, equipment and machinery for needed maintenance. Hands on work, and must be able to operate a variety of landscape machinery. Requirements for Lawn Crew Foreman: Supervise a crew 1+ year Lawn maintenance/landscaping 3 years Punctual, dependable, honest Professional, be able to communicate with clients Valid DL Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Able to work Mon thru Sat when needed Excellent attention to detail $20+ to start based on experience.
