IMMEDIATE, FULL TIME, SKILLED LABORER POSITION with SUCCESSFUL NJ CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. MUST BE EXPERIENCED ON LARGE PROJECTS, ALL SEASONS OUTDOOR SITE & CONSTRUCTION LABOR. GOOD PAY FOR HIGH PERFORMER, MANY PROJECTS, YEARS OF WORK AHEAD. MUST LIVE IN, NEAR, OR REASONABLE COMMUTE TO JERSEY CITY, NJ. YOU HAVE THESE REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS... - Physically able for full time heavy labor work. - Work side by side with Heavy Equipment Operators: digging, trenching; excavating, installing underground pipes & conduits for utilities; excavating, clearing & grading large open ground areas; traffic flagging - if not flag certified we’ll certify you. - Assist with shooting grades with laser & mark out layouts a plus - if you don’t know how we’ll teach you if you meet all other requirements for the job. - Assist contractors installing sidewalks & curbs, light posts, trees, etc. - High & mid rise construction site work. - Move heavy equipment & materials; load, unload trucks; site clearing & cleanup. - Skills with hand tools & power tools needed to perform site work tasks. OTHER REQUIREMENTS... - Documents for proof of legal status to work in U.S. - Current drivers license if commuting to work by car. - We prefer OSHA certification / other past work safety and skills training. - Able to keep up with fast moving, hard working team members. - Speaks English; English + Spanish is a plus. - References are a plus. HOURLY PAY & BENEFITS... - Good pay for top skills & experience.
