LONG ESTABLISHED NJ DEVELOPER / CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OFFERING LONG TERM, FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT FOR EXPERIENCED HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR, JOIN OUR TEAM OF EQUIPMENT OPERATORS, SKILLED LABORERS AND CONSTRUCTION WORKERS. MULTIPLE PROJECTS, YEARS OF WORK AHEAD, TOP WAGES FOR REAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE, SOME OVERTIME. 5+ YEARS of REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS : -Highly skilled, safe, professional that operates various excavators, cats, backhoes, skid steers, lulls, trackhoes, dump trucks, etc. -Excavating & installing underground utilities; excavating & regrading streets and large ground areas; performing construction site work on large high rise & midrise urban residential projects. -Willing & physically able to work ‘hands-on, boots-on-the-ground’ with skilled laborer teams. -Uses laser equipment to shoot grades, stakeout areas; can read plans & drawings relevant to machine operating. -Skills with all tools, materials, equipment necessary to perform required tasks. -Prefers working with a great team much more than working alone. - English required; English + Spanish is a plus. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: -Document(s) for proof of legal status to work in U.S. + current U.S. drivers license + social security card. -Extra consideration for multiple OSHA certifications, CDL license, other related training. -Must live in, or reasonable commute to Jersey City from north or central NJ, Manhattan or Rockland County. -Employer references.
