SCOPE OF WORK FOR STUDIO TRADE ACCESS My apartment needs cleaning and that is an understatement. It's VERY HEAVY DUTY cleaning!!! (I am disabled and retired) Trash to my Dumspter: Living Room, Kitchen, Hall, and Bath (no bedroom cleaning at all) Appliance Cleaning: Stove, Frig, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Can Opener Kitchen: MAJOR Sink Cleaning! Walls: Baseboards and wall wipe-downs for dust, including ceiling fan blades Furniture Dusting and Vacuum Cleaning I WILL PROVIDE EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR CLEANING YOUR PAYMENT / TRADE • UNLIMITED Recording Studio Access for 30 Days (enough time for an entire recording project) • Use Your Time in One Month, OR over a period of individual days. • I have NO CLIENTS Studio Will ALWAYS Be Available to You. • One Day = 12 hour Blocks • Operating Hours are 24/7 • Any Day of the Week or Evening • NOTE: We can alternate Cleaning Day, then Recording Day?
