Responsible for maintaining grounds, curb appeal of the property, buildings and common areas.
Essential Functions: Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Perform preventative maintenance
Perform minor repairs as needed
Assist with turning units: including painting, and other tasks needed to get a unit "rent ready.”
Assist in moving furniture when needed.
Be alert to any emergencies, suspicious persons or events and notify appropriate staff.
Handle some on emergencies or lockouts
