Property Management Company seeking a reliable 1099 independent contractor to call on an as-needed basis for handyman and general maintenance services. We currently have a portfolio of over 100 privately owned long-term and vacation rental properties that require a wide array of expertise. This is not a direct hire within our company. References and a Resume are a must!
