Printed or digital copies of tickets required for access to the parking lot.All parties will be seated together or in adjoining sections. Seats assigned first come, first serve upon your arrival by staff.Confirmandi will sit with families on aisle seats with Sponsor next to them. Due to physical distancing requirements, the following policies have been in place for pictures since May 2020 for the safety of all in attendance. When entering church, your party must be immediately seated.Taking pictures around church before or after Mass is prohibited.Roaming during the Mass is prohibited.Thirty minutes BEFORE or AFTER the Mass, each family will be given the opportunity to take pictures in front of the altar. YOU MUST SELECT THIS ADD-ON DURING CHECKOUT TO RESERVE YOUR PLACE. THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND LITURGICAL REQUIREMENTS AS ORDERED BY THE ARCHBISHOP. Usher will escort the family to the front to ensure physical distancing.If time does not allow you to get your photo before Mass, listen for instructions during the dismissal.Each family will be held to a time limit of no more than 1 minute for all photos.Because of COVID-19 procedures: Clergy likely will not be available for photos before or after the Mass.Candid pictures cannot take place in church or portico area.ROAMING DURING THE LITURGY IS NOT ALLOWED, including when the Sacrament is being conferred.Families encouraged to utilize gardens in the front and east side.QUESTIONS? Please ensure you and your guests are fully aware of these regulations. Physical distancing limits seating capacity. Seating is assigned by staff upon arrival to maximize capacity. Separate families and individuals must sit approximately 6-feet apart.We try as best as possible for families to sit together.All members of your party must enter at the same time. If you are coming in separate cars, be sure everyone arrives at the same time!Please follow all instructions for one-way entry and exit from the building.At dismissal, please remain in place. Ushers dismiss by section and row.Masks or suitable face coverings are required while you attend Mass. This INCLUDES THE CONFIRMANDI. The covering must always be worn except at the moment of reception of Holy Communion.Mask must always cover your mouth and nose. Gloves are strongly discouraged while on our property. Any gloves must be removed to receive Holy Communion. Holy Water is not available in any form in the building. You are still encouraged to make the Sign of the Cross when entering and exiting the Church to remind you of your baptismal vows. Offertory is collected at a station near the main entrance when you arrive. Baskets are also available during the service. Parking lot opens 45 - 60 minutes before the Mass.
