A creative outlet for Poets 6 Poets 5-10 mins or 3 poems 1. Be on time for the sign up. Sign up is at 6:00-6:30pm. The order in which you sign up is not necessarily the order you will perform but guarantee your spot to perform. 2. Dress code is casual and clean, no undergarments, pajamas, ripped shorts or jeans 3. Don’t be intoxicated or on drugs when performing 4. Snap don’t clap 5. Don’t Heckle! Ever! Period. 6. Always used original material period, Don’t read other poems you have read or seen on the internet, or worse yet stolen from another poet, if you do you won’t be allowed back 7. You will be given 5-10 mins stage time; However the host has the discretion to shorten or allow more time depending on whether you are “bombing” or totally killing it. It’s all about the performance. 8. Remember to tip your bartender 9. Enjoy your time and Have fun
