Full-time (or part-time + on call) Luxury Small Inn & Restaurant Maintenance Engineer - REPORTS to owners, innkeeper, & chef. Performs all maintenance and preventative maintenance to include: heating/air conditioning, plumbing, water treatment, front and back of house spaces, electric & lighting, kitchen equipment, emergency generators, painting, gutter maintenance, lawn/drive/sidewalk care, roof exhausts, etc. Ensures all service projects by others are completed according to specifications and on time. Covers room/ common area calls in a courteous, professional and rapid manner to resolve guest issues and staff difficulties. On-call for emergencies (nights or weekends) with local proximity to Bedford/Pound Ridge location.
