Post-placement support and friendship for Baltimore Area foster and adoptive parents. Being an adoptive or foster parent can be overwhelming and lonely. Come enjoy some fresh air with other parents who get "it." I'll try to grab a table under the pavilion closest to the playground in case you can't get away without your kids.
