Electrician needed to activate existing wall outlets

I have 2 wall outlets that are not currently active in a commercial space I rent. I don't know if they need new wires or something more simple. They were not working when I moved in but now I need them to work. Both outlets are in same room, roughly 30 feet apart. Seeking an experienced electrician that can look into making them active.
