Landscaping Foreman Due to our ongoing growth, we are hiring a Landscape Foreman. We service residential and commercial landscaping services. This is a great opportunity to work with a great staff in a growing company. This is a full time position. We service Millis, Medway, Norfolk, Franklin and Wrentham. Looking for long term person to grow with the company. Qualifications *This position requires 3-5 years of experience leading a landscape crew. *Reliability *Professional customer service *Strong communication skills and record keeping General Requirements Include **Valid driver’s license with good driving record** *Ability to work in various weather conditions *Good physical condition with ability to lift 50 lbs *Proficient in Mowing, Mulching, Planting and Hardscape installations *Plowing and shoveling experience Job Duties and Responsibilities *Must have strong leadership skills *Completing jobs efficiently *Manage crew and jobsite *Track labor hours and material *Review daily goals with crew each morning *Check trucks and equipment for any issues (report immediately) *Follow Systems *Be efficient in yard in morning and afternoon *Keep job site safe and clean *Make sure ALL tools needed to complete job are in trailer or truck each day *Ensuring everyone on crew is working safely *All issues with equipment, damage, problems: Reported immediately *Ensure customer satisfaction and promoting company image *Make sure trucks and equipment are cleaned daily *Pass down positive company culture and professionalism *Address client concerns and questions if asked/report immediately so it can be addressed asap *Complete daily worksheets and email to business manager *Ability to work Saturdays at peak times (as needed) *Ability to plow Dec 15th thru March 15th Please email resume with phone number.
