Description
Local pet sitting business is looking to hire an administrative Hiring Manager & Weekend Office Support 10-15 hours per week.
The services needed are scheduling, client communication, staff recruitment, staff management, key management, answering phones, process new clients, and process new hires.
Qualifications:
* Have a home office equipped with a computer and internet access. A cell phone will be provided for business usage.
* Have administrative experience.
* Have outstanding computer and management skills.
* Is detail-oriented and highly organized.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills.
* Have superior oral and written communication skills.
* Able to provide professional references.
* Able to provide a current criminal background check.
* Live in our service area... Delaware, Chester, or Montgomery County.
* Have a minimum of a high school diploma, but a college degree is preferred.
* Interested in long-term employment. We would need at least a one-year commitment.
* And of course, must love and adore animals.
