We are looking for a Supervisor! (3:00 PM TO 11:45 PM) Responsibility's Include: Make sure all associates are working SAFE, Practicing Social Distancing. SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER ONE GOAL. Send daily headcount Reports. Have Daily meetings, Discuss goals, Work that needs to be done for the day. Supervise 1 Lead, 20-25 Associates. Delegate tasks for associates. Be in communication with other members of leadership team to ensure a good throughput of volume. Requirements: Must have own transportation, Must be reliable. Must be BILINGUAL (Spanish & English) Must be able to handle pressure. Must have been at least a Lead before in a warehouse environment. Salary: 42K-48K a year(Hourly pay. $20-$23.5/HR) Other comments: We are looking to give someone a chance. You do not need to have years of Expiernece for this job. We can train/mold you to be what we need. However, You must be teachable and willing to go the extra mile if we are for you!! This is a perfect opportunity for Expiernece, Good money.
