We offer cooking classes for children ages 6-16. Here is a some information about me and about the classes we offer. I teach cooking and baking classes at our Learning Center in Broomall for kids ages 6-16. I am a Culinary and Baking instructor at Lavner Camps, a Pa Certified Substitute teacher, and a former Hospitality/Culinary Teaching Asst at Widener University. Currently, I am doing private Home School Tutoring and Virtual Home Learning as well as the cooking classes. In our classes we have a variety of topics that we cover ranging from sanitation and knife skills, weights and measures, Baking basics, soups and salads, main entrées, international cuisine, holidays and special events, student’s choice, and much more. Our classes meet every other week for two hours at a professional kitchen in Broomall. The classes are $40 each and there is a one time registration fee of $50. I also do private cooking classes throughout the week that can be customized to the student’s needs and interests. I would definitely be interested in speaking to you further. If you send me your email address, I will send you some additional information in the registration forms. We are offering a Free class for ages 6-10 on Wednesday, 5/5 is from 4:30 to 6:30 PM.
