Then Tropical RV Adventures is the place for you! Tropical RV Adventures is a family owned and operated RV rental company working out of our main indoor / outdoor facility in West Palm Beach Florida. We are looking for an energetic individual to assist with daily operations including RV preparation, cleaning, detailing, customer service, maintaining and RV training for families that are renting RVs. If you are not an RV expert but are willing to learn, we can help train you! Main Job Responsibilities: • Meet and greet all customers. • Ensure inspection of rental unit for arrivals and departures • Complete and enter rental contracts into system. • Train customers on RV use and systems • Washes and clean vehicle exterior and interior • RV detailing (including rims, wheels, waxing and all items to make RVs look new) • Detail clean and sanitize the interior of trailers and motorhomes before and after rentals • Ensures all units are stocked and equipped with correct and clean supplies • Manages cleaning & maintenance schedules and prioritizes tasks based on demand • Move RVs and motorhomes on company property using motorized equipment • Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions • Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules • Perform other duties as assigned. Other responsibilities you may assist with • Drive / move RVs & occasionally deliver RVs for customers • Assist with scheduling rental departures and returns. • Assist and make sure trailers and motorhomes are properly maintained • Assist answering customer calls on booking units, problems with rental unit, and unit breakdowns. Additional experiences (a bonus but not required) • RV or motorhome experience • Mechanically inclined • Previous detailing / cleaning experience Position available: • 15–30-hour entry to mid-level position that may lead to full-time. Hours and wage based on experience, probationary period, performance, and productivity. Schedules may change weekly but we are also semi-flexible. We may ask for weekend coverage. We also encourage Veterans to apply. • $10-13/hour based on experience and skills • Part Time Requirements: • Language: English required / bilingual a bonus • Have a Valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance • Reliable transportation • Professional appearance • High school diploma or equivalent • Well organized individual with attention to detail • Strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as a team • Strong communication skills with peers and management • Willingness to work hard, learn and grow Rental incentive program: As a Tropical RV Adventures team member, you receive a RV rental benefit.
