A Self-Defence Seminar for Mothers and their family Focus Family Academy is hosting a Monther's self-defense seminar at our location. This is a Mother and Me Event There will also be some snacks and drinks after the seminar. The cost is $30.00 Mothers can bring their kids for free! in fact, we encourage it!
