Learn how to make two cocktails, perfect for Cinco de Mayo and Mother's Day, with mixologist Brett Butler of Alcomy!
An Alcomy class is a two-hour immersive adventure discovering the art and science of classic and modern culinary cocktails. Each participant will make, shake and enjoy two craft cocktails, get intel on popular spirits and drinks and have a one-of-a-kind experience! You'll also enjoy snacks during class and will take home some sweet bartending swag!
In this Cinco de Mayo class, you'll learn to make a Spicy Paloma, celebrating Mexico's national aperatif, with Tequila Reposado, Pamplemousse liqueur, fresh basil, jalapeno and lime.
And since Mother's Day is coming up, you'll also make a Lavender French 75, a light, floral champagne cocktail with fresh blueberries, lavender, lemon and gin -- perfect to make for Mom on her special day!
Instructor Brett W. Butler is an entrepreneur, entertainer and mixologist with over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality and entertainment industries. After 10 years in L.A., Brett is back home in Indy curating his Alcomy experiences.
