Basic Buttercream Cake Decorating Class In this class you will learn how to obtain a nice and smooth finish for butter iced cream cakes. Learn how to: Create a proper butter cream recipe for that showcases sleek technique.Create a 3-tier cake, from start to finish. We provide 1 real cake tier! Student will be provided with 2 foams, 7”x4.5” and 5”x4.5” rounds.Fill and ice a real cake, and cover faux layers for seamless appearanceUse different techniques for design and decoration in buttercream, including textures, hand painting, stencils, and imprint molds.Properly stack the cake with our unique technique that withstands transportation!Create a safe and reusable transportation box for your final artwork to take home.The class is 7 - 8 hrs.
