Our Service Department is seeking a hardworking person with a great attitude to join our team. Service Appointment Coordinators play a vital role in our customer service. As a part of our team, you will be handling inbound and outbound customer calls, reviewing their vehicle history, making recommendations, and scheduling appointments.
TASKS:
Answer incoming customer calls to book service appointments
Check and respond to service appointment emails and texts
Make outgoing calls to existing customers with service recommendations
Generate service reminder letters, emails, and texts
Place outgoing Customer Satisfaction calls and emails
Call customers regarding specials and seasonal services
Call and schedule "first-time" maintenance calls
Assist in the organization of next-day appointments
Send OPT-IN and update customer details with each call
Maximize appointment setting, customer service, and profitability
Effectively obtain new customers to raise customer service index (CSI) to achieve or exceed dealership standards
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Spokane Hyundai Pay Plan
Service Appointment Coordinators receive an hourly rate and are eligible for a bonus based on their achievements.
Job Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Desirable: 1+years of sales experience
Good organization skills
Professional communication skills
Detail-oriented
Positive Attitude
Hard-working and Self-Motivated
Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements
Perform other duties as required.
