Get Fit Bergen: Free All-Inclusive Outdoor Yoga Classes for Adults at Henry Hobel section of Overpeck Park in Leonia Find your inner peace and exercise with yoga! Come to the top of your mat with GYM GUYZ's Yoga Instructor for people over 18 years old with varied abilities (some modifications will be offered). This yoga class will teach you stretches, poses, and breathing techniques that will leave you feeling amazing. Please bring a mat and water. Registration is required with a signed waiver; space is limited; and wearing a mask is required with social distancing. Meet at the Henry Hobel area by the Pavilion and exercise equipment on the north side of Fort Lee Rd. Every Tuesday from May 11-June 15, 2021. There will be no classes if raining! Must register. Your one registration saves you a spot in all 6 sessions.
