I am in need of help or advice from anyone that can help.you see I am a recent widow and I'm living in the apartment that was my spouses.before he passed,we were separated, however he was allowing me to live there with our children. After he passed,my children moved out and left me to deal with the apartment and all of the belongings.well they,after all this time just now send me an email stating that they are regaining possession of the apartment come April 30th. This is where I need help! I think it's illegal what they are doing because an email is not a legal form if I'm not mistaken.and that's not even 30 days that they gave me. Can anyone help that knows the laws?I have contacted NWJP and left messages for several attorneys,but of course no response...someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
