A short yoga flow will calm the nervous system while getting you out of your head and into your body. After yoga, enjoy a sound healing to get the creative juices flowing as the sound vibrations nourish the brain and improve mental health.
Then, enjoy a hands-on flower crown crafting experience! Adorn your head (or wide-brimmed hat) with fresh flowers as a reminder to yourself and others to prioritize mental health.
