Job Description Maintenance (PART-TIME) (North Fort Myers, FL) Seeking part time (Mon.-Fri. - 20 hours; 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.) maintenance position to perform the following essential duties in a manufactured home community. Basic maintenance skills and repair skills relevant to buildings and community infrastructure. Light Janitorial Light Grounds Maintenance Pressure Washing Painting Light Plumbing and electrical repairs Set up auditorium for events Many other general maintenance duties.
