Sadler Electric is a heavy highway electrical company that specializes in roadway lighting and signing. We are in need of workers on the construction side of the company. This work includes drilling shafts and pouring concrete for light pole and sign structure bases, underground work digging trenches and running conduit, placing pull boxes in the ground, rigging overhead structures and hanging signs, plus other related work. Skills and Abilities Must have physical ability to stand strenuous and dangerous work environmental Possess physical strength to operate heavy and power-driven equipment Ability to work in team environment as well as by themselves. Ability to communicate and interact both verbally visually as well as written A keen eye to details and good decision-making skills Manage to handle emergency situations, work pressure and stress Ability to complete work projects on time and in an effective manner Can work independently with minimum supervision Good relationship building ability Flexible to work during odd hours
