Local property management firm is seeking a part-time skilled handy man to perform real estate housing maintenance and repairs. We are looking for a dedicated handyman to join our growing team - one who is hard-working, collaborative, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our prospective employee must have knowledge and proficiency in the completion of real property maintenance and repair. The position can grow into full time work. Prospective employee should have knowledge and experience in the following - Installation of various items to include: light fixtures; plumbing fixtures; interior and exterior doors; appliances installation such as ranges, water heaters, refrigerators, washers & dryers disposals, dishwashers; window screens and coverings; ceiling fans; toilets, sinks, and vanities; door handles/knobs; door & floor trim; change out of electrical switches and outlets. Other knowledge and experience in: minor drywall damage repair with texture and minor painting; drywall sectional replacement complete with tape, texture and paint; removing bulk trash (including appliances) What You'll Need: Valid Driver's License with clean DMV and clean drug screen. 2-years of handyman experience. Personal set of tools typical to handyman work. Personal truck. Hours per week: 15-20
