We are a Diamond Certified local Bay Area solar installation company located in San Jose and looking for a solar installer with relatable experience in the industry. Experience in solar installation or roofing is a plus. Duties will include, but are not limited to: • Maintenance of safe ladder use, fall protection, and general company safety policies • Installation of photovoltaic and thermal solar modules • Installation of flashing, mounting, racking, and wiring systems • Working at elevated heights with required power tools (we will provide the tools) • Must be able to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs repetitively, and communicate professionally Further information is available during the hiring process.
