Cypress Lawn is currently seeking full-time groundskeeper to join our family and help maintains our beautiful parks located in Colma, California. This position is responsible for the care, maintenance, and repair of our property and helps to preserve the legacies and heritage of a loved one. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Mows grass, water lawns, trim shrubs, and tends flower beds - Operates lawn and ground equipment's including push and power mowers, weed wacker, leaf blowers and other related power equipment - Remove debris, wilted flowers, and trash from grounds - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. The ideal candidate must have: Able to work on Saturday and Sunday Ability to operate hand-held tools and equipment, including, but not limited to, a shovel, pick, rake, lawnmower, weed trimmer, and leaf blower Ability to communicate effectively with fellow associates, contractor personnel, and client families Ability to operate equipment in a safe and careful manner Ability to effectively work with others to accomplish tasks Ability to work in extreme weather conditions Must have valid work authorization within the US Compensation& benefit We offer competitive wages and benefits packages, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life, Long-Term Disability, Paid Time Off, and more!
