Seeking experienced Supervisors for our San Francisco/ Peninsula based General Construction company. Must have experience as a General contractor, and Supervisor. Must possess a valid California Drivers License, live locally, knowledge of construction materials, understand California and San Fransisco codes and city laws, salary depends on experience. Responsibilities Be able to multitask and run multiple jobs at once. Able to write and keep track of change orders. Good communication skills and problem solving. Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements. Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed. Able to delegate and assign jobs based on skills. Able to teach others when needed. Proven experience as carpenter and supervisor. Must have knowledge of all construction aspects; ex: kitchen/bathroom remodels, seismic retrofits, foundation/concrete work, ect. Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials. Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction. Ability to read technical documents and drawings. Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times. Good knowledge of English, bilingual a plus. Good with smartphones, texting, and emailing. Able to work with clients in a timely manner. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $25.00 to $55.00 /hour COVID-19 considerations: All employees must wear provided masks at all times while on the job and in the office.
