Solar Installer/Service Manager wanted Synergy Solar & Electrical Systems, Inc. is a small solar company focused on local service and giving back to the community since 2007. We use only best of class, American made products and value the system throughout its life. Synergy has a C46 solar license, a C10 electrical license and is NABCEP accredited. Experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person. This is a full time position. Job Description: This person would work part time as a Solar Installer and part time as Service Manager. Tasks as an installer include installing both roof and ground mount solar panels and energy storage systems under the supervision of the foreman. Tasks as Service Manager would include using a computer to monitor systems, identify and schedule maintenance visits, acquire replacement products and communicate effectively with clients. Other tasks may be added. This is an ideal position for a service-minded person with installation experience who would like to move into the administrative end of the business.
