About the Job: Small construction company is seeking sign installer/ builder wanted for work in the South Bay Area (Willow Glen/ Cambrian) Job Summary: Under direct supervision, provides real estate sign post installation and sign post building when necessary. Primary job function will be to drive company vehicle to various real estate agent listings and install signage in front of the home. Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred. - Excellent verbal phone and written communication skills required. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational/time management skills. - Ability to work independently and with others. - Must be able to pass background check and drug screening. - Must have a valid CA drivers license and clean driving record. Working Title: Construction Technician/ Project Coordinator Pay Rate: $18 per hour (Depending on Experience and Education) Position Type: Full-time; 40 hours per week. Schedule: Work Week Schedule - Mon-Fri 7:30 am-4:00 pm. Later start times are a possibility. Testing: Successful completion of sign post installation. Testing completed while on the job and over the course of a three month "probationary" period.
