This role assists with receiving inbound deliveries, processing outbound orders/shipments, stock organization and maintenance of our internal warehouse. This position is critical in ensuring we ship on time and as ordered every day. We take pride in our customer experience and packaging. It requires care, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. This position reports directly to our Warehouse Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Stock Management: Receive, unpack, and process deliveries and match against purchase orders Organize incoming deliveries Plan and manage organization of warehouse to accommodate upcoming deliveries Process weekly physical scans and reconciliation of inventory Ecommerce / Retail Order Fulfillment: Prepare/pick/pack shipments for online orders shipped from Sausalito warehouse Ensure each order is packed with care to deliver an excellent experience for our customers Prevent order errors by reviewing for accuracy QC all outbound shipments Track and maintain records for outbound packages Process customer returns and exchanges Prepare/pick/pack transfer orders Assist with outbound shipments to Press and Factory as needed Requirements: Careful attention to detail with every shipment Excellent written and oral communication skills Need to be able to lift 35 lbs Warehouse/fulfillment experience required Able to use hand truck, dolly or cart Can do attitude and able to maintain a friendly and courteous approach at all times Good verbal communication skills Valid driver’s license Looking to hire immediately This is a 2 month contract position. Full-time and part-time hours available.
