Come grow with us! KEI is one of the largest family owned landscape company in the greater Milwaukee area. You've probably seen our bright orange trucks and trailers all over town. We are currently looking for the right people to join our interior plantscaping team. We promise a quick call back. Are you creative...love talking to your plants and have a green thumb??? If so, we have the job for you working in our interiors division. Presently we have a combination Warehouse Operations and Interiorscape Installer Position. Candidate will be responsible for complete warehouse organization and operations and must have strong organizational skills. Duties include but are not limited to: 1.) Warehouse logistics-oversees the overall process of managing how resources are acquired, stored and transported. 2.) Leading seasonal workers during Holiday load out-must be able to delegate work and give direction. 3.) Inventory management and space organization. 4.) Janitorial duties. 5.) Supply ordering. 6.) Staging and watering plants. 7.) Assist with scheduling, delivery and installation of plant replacements to accounts in a timely manner. The following are the necessary skills you need to be considered: 1.) the ability to lift 25-50 pounds 2.) repetitive bending and kneeling. 3.) the ability to diagnose and solve problems. 4.) the ability to work independently. 5.) Valid driver's license and clean driving record. 6.) Ability to drive company vehicles (including a sprinter van). 7.) comfortable driving around the greater Milwaukee area. 8.) Plant knowledge is helpful but not necessary...we will train the right person. 9.) comfortable using ladders. 10.) Flexibility as holiday installs are part of the job. 11.) Good time management skills. During the holiday season: You will assist in holiday decorating set up and removals. Duties include working on ladders, working in a fast paced environment, working with fresh and artificial plant material...trees and garlands. Responsible to assist in setting up and taking down holiday displays and cleaning up after. Now hiring two full time technicians but will consider part time. Now is the time to apply.
