Ashton Cigar Dinner and Yellowstone Private Selection Release Please join us for a very special evening as we welcome three guests that have been tasked with ensuring this is an evening you will not soon forget. First, Chef Harry Graham prepares a three course meal with which our Ashton representative Jose Ortega has perfectly paired two cigars. Next, the final cigar will accompany "Rip" our Yellowstone Private Barrel Release. This portion of the event will be co-hosted by Steve Beam. Not letting this amazing bourbon, meal , and cigar experience fail to end without a bang, we will be raffling off a Lever Action Yellowstone Cerakote Riffle. Your $249 ticket will include Three Ashton Cigars Bottle of Yellowstone "Rip" Private Batch Swag Bag including raffle ticket , Ashton and Yellowstone swag as well as $50 Merchandise Credit that can be used towards any Ashton purchase. Entertainment Dinner (must choose which option at time of ticket purchase) Opening: Garden salad with tomato confit, pine nuts, basil-granny smith vinaigrette, roasted purple grapes, cotija cheese. Or Carrot ginger bisque with smokey carrot chips and creme fraiche swirl. Entree: Cowboy ribeye, butter poached asparagus with prosciutto bowtie, grated egg yolk, twice baked truffle potato. Or Walnut Sausage stuffed durok pork chop, roasted brussels sprouts, pomme puree, mushroom demiglace. Or Chicken roulade stuffed with pistachios, parlsey, and lardons. Served with spanish style fingerling potatoes and blistered hericot verde cognac dijon reduction. Dessert: Dried and fresh fruits, bleu cheese, double cream cheese, 5 year aged gouda, house made jam, cocoa nibs, strawberry dust. (this event is for guests 21 years and up)
