Members of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Council have again shown their dedication to the community by coming together at a food drive this past Saturday to benefit Amazing Grace Food Pantry and St. Vincent DePaul. This is their 3rd food drive since the onset of COVID-19, and the most recent event brought in 1,520 pounds of food as well as almost $300 in checks and monetary donations. ShopRite in Cromwell was again the venue and their support of this incredible cause was on full display… they are a true community partner and the Council couldn't have done it without them. The outpouring of support received from the greater Middletown community was heartwarming. To see so many friends, colleagues and area residents stop by with carts and trunks full of groceries just brought smiles to all of our faces." If you would like to donate supplies, we encourage community members to contact The Amazing Grace Food Pantry or St. Vincent dePaul Soup Kitchen to help support our community members during these difficult times.
