Join us for our 12th annual 5k to kick off a Summer of Health! This is the year to get back on our feet! Though we have had a mountain of trials, lets join together to say there "ain't no mountain high enough" to keep us from getting healthy! This year, the Hamtramck Health Hike 5k will be the event that helps kick off a whole Summer Health Series of weekly challenges and free monthly workshops. Come enjoy music and fun, receive a free T-shirt, ice-cream, and plenty of giveaways, then get registered for other free Summer Health Series workshops! (Each Series event you attend will earn an entry into a drawing for a special end-of-summer prize) *NOTE* Masks and willingness to practice social distancing will be required. Hand Sanitizer will be provided on site and temperature will be taken upon check-in.
