East Haven police logs, April 14 to April 20: April 14 Timothy P. Morrell, 51, of North Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. April 15 Maryellen Swift, 56, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct. April 17 Nathaniel James Etzel, 38, of Madison, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. Richard J. Purpora, 58, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. April 18 Eduarlinder Altaman Thormes, 22, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and resisting arrest. Randi E. Hobson, 41, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. Jason L. Kelli, 19, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. Amari Bryana Dixon, 18, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. Nia Victoria Scott, 18, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. Sevon Sincere Nosal, 21, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance. April 19 Victor Santiago, 48, listed as homeless, was charged with second-degree threatening. Gustavo Jonathan Aroca-Rvera, 41, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. Rachel A.
