OAKLAND, NJ — There's a public hearing for the adoption of the budget on this Wednesday's Oakland council meeting, which will be held over Zoom, starting at 7:30 p.m. Also on the agenda is an ordinance prohibiting marijuana. There are two 30-minute maximum time slots allotted for public comment, limited to 3 minutes per person, at the beginning and end of the meeting.
