We install and service various low voltage systems, including access control, intercom, security, and video surveillance systems. We are a "Drug Free, Non-Smoking" company. Position Overview The Low Voltage Systems Technician is a key position within our company. The person in this position is the face of our business, and is directly interacting with our customers on a daily basis. This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who can work in a fast paced dynamic environment. The ideal candidate for this position will have an outgoing “can do” attitude, and will work hard to provide a positive experience to our internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities ­- Installing and servicing low voltage systems cabling, control equipment, and peripheral devices to include: o Access control systems o Audio video systems o Entry and gate controls o CCTV – digital video systems o Intercoms o Security systems o Telephone systems ­- Installing and servicing wireless security systems -­ Providing customer support and end-user training ­- Maintaining tools, equipment, and inventory ­- Completing reports and documentation as required Desired Qualifications ­- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED (Associates Degree Preferred) ­- EL06 Low Voltage Electricians license preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate) ­- Prior security industry experience preferred ­- Knowledgeable and competent with laptop and PC based computer systems - Familiar with typical business software (office, excel, outlook, etc) ­- Technical and mechanical aptitude ­- Excellent problem solving skills ­- Ability to lift 50lbs ­- Ability to work off of ladders and aerial lifts ­- Must have no criminal record, and be able to pass a background check ­- Must be able to pass a drug screen ­- Must have reliable transportation and phone Benefits include: - Competitive Pay - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance - Paid Vacation & Holidays
