Wholesale Nursery Woodinville, WA is looking for a qualified Customer Accounts Manager to start immediately Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls, respond to customer questions concerning purchase orders and resolving customer service issues - Manage shipping logistics for multiple trucks transporting multiple orders. - Input list of items, numbers, or other data into customer profile and Excel spreadsheets daily - Assist customers by processing adjustments to existing orders and entering new orders - Assist with weekly sales tracking, inventory searches and customer submissions - Enthusiastically offer ideas for company efficiency and customer projects - Participate in customer visits to build positive customer relations Minimum Qualifications: - Associate's degree in Administration or Horticulture - or equivalent education and or work experience in Office Admin / Horticulture / Nursery Industry or Landscape Architecture - Detail oriented, good organizational & time management skills - Able to keep track of communication from variety of sources - Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. - Excellent written & oral communication skills and the ability to interact with a variety of individuals - Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel - Must be able and willing to work 40+ hours a week. Desired Qualifications: - Experience in account management, project management, logistics or purchasing - Experience working in a team setting, delegating tasks - Bachelor's degree in horticulture, or equivalent education and / or work experience in nursery industry /landscape architecture / landscape design - Solid knowledge of common ornamental and native plants in the landscape Salary is DOE Start date is Immediate
