Titan Talent Development (TTD), CA is actively hiring or a Laborer/Helper for work in Bremerton, WA Responsibilities of the Labor/Helper Performs general manual labor tasks including running errands, sweeping, loading, lifting, and moving equipment/material. Works under direct supervision following clear and detailed instructions. May be assigned the duties and responsibilities of other positions for which qualifications are met. Storage and staging of various tools/materials. Transportation of tool/material to worksite. Loading and unloading of vehicles. General clean-up/daily housekeeping. Standing Firewatch. Pulling cable and heavy lifting of tools, material, and equipment. Perform any other assignments or tasks as needed or requested by management to assist in accomplishing the organization’s mission, objectives and goals. Overtime is routinely required but not guaranteed. Physical Demands: Lift/push/pull 75lbs on occasional basis. Lift /push/pull up to 20-30lbs on a frequent basis. Perform prolonged standing. Bend, squat, crouch, crawl, and kneel. Climb in safe manner. Requirements of the Laborer/Helper: Must have a basic understanding of power tools and possess the ability to read/follow simple instructions. Must be able to obtain a DBIDs badge.
