Putting someone to shame for selling us an 8-week old, unvaccinated puppy, claiming it to be a re-homing. The cost of our Chiweenie/Chihuahua was $650. We considered the price, because the dog was allegedly vaccinated. She presented a fraudulent vaccination card, going by the name of Amanda Moveno (other possible name, Aida Munez). Today we noticed our puppy was not feeling well, he had a runny nose, was lethargic and not eating much. I called the vet listed on the vaccination record, and they said they had no record of the vaccination or the owner. She is selling Chiweenies in the Auburn-Kent area. She is driving a black Jeep with the license plate BSC0375. Her phone number is We noticed she was still posting sales of the dogs. We attempted to "buy" from a fake email/number, to see if it was in fact her. It was. We confronted her, asking to be refunded and that she needed to take the dog back for vaccinations and that was she was doing was inhumane and illegal. She did not care and drove off- and refused to hear us out. She even claimed that we must have made the dog sick. In a sarcastic way she offered $100 to vaccinate him, but then refused to acknowledge that the vaccination record is fraudulent. We are now at home with a young puppy, who is unwell and unvaccinated- while this individual makes sales of $650-$700 a dog, with fake vaccination records.
